Tried the cleanup-image/Scanhealth then Restorehealth. Next day (today) no Office program works missing msvcrt.dll. Took half the day and it worked - at least No Office repair would work so deleted and reinstalled everything from the disc. Ran Virus scan all clear but reported msvcrt.dll ill formed data and not scanned.
